A heartless man In Wairaka, a suburb Jinja town in Eastern Uganda switched on his electric locally connected barbed wire fence and electrocuted a toddler. The little boy from the neighborhood accidentally slipped and fell off the fence and died instantly.
This angered the neighbors and the search is on to lynch this heartless neighbor.
